What would it be like to find HOME for the first time? 

The Holy Ark Project is a POP FOLK duet that tells the story of the Holy Ark, an end-of-times cult that reached its culmination in August 2023. Jill and Chase of the Holy Ark Project spent six months living with the Holy Ark in 2019 on their compound in northern California. They learned their songs, stories, and beliefs, being accepted into the fold and inner circles before ultimately departing as a schism divided and thinned the flock. Since the disappearance of remaining members in August 2023, Jill and Chase have reconnected and reflected on their time with the cult.  

Now, the Holy Ark Project is telling the story of the Holy Ark through their own songs and stories. Jill and Chase dress as the cult members did and use their language, translating the message of the Prophet and his vision for the end-of-days. Their songs are rich artifacts of a time they spent years ago with a group that was as grounded to life as they were ultimately untethered from it. 

Our influences are those of the Holy Ark: STEVIE NICKS, ABBA, The Carpenters, and musical theater. We always put story, passion, and harmony at the center of our sound.
